During this retreat, we will work intensively with each other. Through various exercises, assignments, and deep reflective sessions you get closer to your true potential and strength. A strong combination of sharings, self-inquiry, yoga, meditation, daily breathwork sessions, visualizations, walks in nature, exercises, and assignments. 

The focus is on what it means to be the woman you are deep down. We have learned to disconnect ourselves from our true womanhood for various reasons: social, cultural, or simply as a survival mechanism. Now it's time to come back to yourself in a beautiful, safe group of women, embrace the girl within you, understand your energy type and patterns and learn who we are deep down in these turbulent times. “Being, becoming and belonging”, a deep life journey that we would like to make with you.

Accommodation:

We stay in the magical “Rose Mountain Retreat,” a beautiful rolling estate in the hills of the Algarve with a beautiful house on it. Everything is beautifully decorated, and you can choose from several options. A shared double or triple room in the house (these have their own bathroom), a private room in a tiny house (each tiny house has two separate bedrooms and a shared bathroom in the middle) or glamping under the stars in a shared tipi or yurt with an attractive shared outdoor bathroom and eco toilet. There is also a lovely swimming pool and a natural pond to meditate on. The location is located on 48 hectares of private land with the lights of Portimão and the sea in the distance, and you can take beautiful walks here. The sunsets are phenomenal!
