Honouring the excluded Members

If members of a family system go without being acknowledged there is often an imbalance which impacts the lives of relatives from that family system for generations in various ways. Members are excluded from family systems for many reasons such as they committed an unlawful act, violence, murders, abortions, miscarriages, secrets to name a few. When this happens there is a wound, a trauma in the family system that seeks healing. This can happen in a few ways and often a particular member senses it, feels the entanglement of the exclusion in ways that disrupt the natural flow of their life: feeling stuck, blocks, illness, suicidal ideations and many more. This meditation is a means of honouring those that went before us un-recognised in order to bring a healthy flow and a sense of alignment back in to our lives.
